Terms of Service
English is the primary legal copy for the current MVP. Turkish reference text is included below each section for clarity.
1. Early-Access Status
Scrollfighter is currently offered as a pre-launch product experience. Features, pricing, and enforcement mechanics may change before the public release.
Scrollfighter şu anda lansman öncesi bir ürün deneyimi olarak sunulmaktadır. Özellikler, fiyatlandırma ve yaptırım mekanikleri herkese açık sürümden önce değişebilir.
2. Waitlist Use
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, launch timing, or product availability in your region.
Bekleme listesine katılmak erişim, çıkış zamanı veya ürünün bölgenizde kullanılabilir olacağını garanti etmez.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to Scrollfighter systems.
Siteyi kötüye kullanmamayı, hizmet erişimini bozmamayı veya Scrollfighter sistemlerine yetkisiz erişim denememeyi kabul edersiniz.
4. No Warranty
The MVP site and pre-launch materials are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted access or final product parity.
MVP site ve lansman öncesi materyaller, kesintisiz erişim veya nihai ürünle birebir uyum garantisi olmadan mevcut haliyle sunulur.
5. Updates
These terms may be revised as Scrollfighter moves from waitlist to launch. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
